Sri Lanka Navy granted interest free loans worth Rs. 500,000 each to another one hundred (100) senior sailors during a simple ceremony presided over by the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Sirimevan Ranasinghe at the Naval Headquarters today (17^th December).

Sri Lanka Navy assisted to apprehend 35 persons engaged in illegal acts at various locations in the island during the past few days.
