Outgoing Russian Defence Attaché calls on Commander of the Navy
 

The outgoing Defence Attaché (DA) of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Sri Lanka, Colonel Dmitry Mikhaylovskiy, paid a farewell call on the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Sirimevan Ranasinghe at the Naval Headquarters in Colombo on 18^th July 2018.

During the cordial discussion held, the Commander of the Navy extended his thanks to the outgoing Russian DA for all the assistance rendered to the SLN during his tenure and wished him success in his future endeavours. Mementoes were also exchanged to mark the occasion.
