SLNS Rathnadeepa takes pride in celebrating her 4th anniversary
 

The Costal Patrol Vessel, SLNS Rathnadeepa of the Sri Lanka Navy took much pride in celebrating her 4^th anniversary today (09^th July).

 On the sidelines of the anniversary celebrations, the Commanding Officer of the ship, Commander Janitha Buddhika along with its Executive Officer, Lieutenant Commander Asanka De Silva and rest of the crew members held a Bodhi Pooja at the Hunupitiya Gangaramaya temple yesterday, to invoke the blessings of the triple gem.

 Meanwhile, the Commanding Officer inspected divisions at the parade ground of SLNS Rangalla today, before the ship’s crew sat for ‘Barakana’ - the age old naval tradition of having meals together.
