Navy recovers two dead bodies of fishermen
 

Sri Lanka Navy recovered two dead bodies of fishermen and transferred them to the shore yesterday (01 December). The two fishermen went missing out at sea following the adverse weather prevailed in the island during last couple of days.

The two who were residents of Dodangoda in Galle had gone for fishing practices from Dodanduwa and Hikkaduwa fisheries harbours on 29 November. Their dead bodies were found floating in the sea area of Sinigama. Sri Lanka Navy's Rapid Response Rescue & Release Squadron (4RS) and divers brought the deceased persons to the shore upon recovery. Subsequently, they were handed over to the Balapitiya hospital.
