The Reverse Osmosis plant, constructed by the Sri Lanka Navy utilising the financial assistance provided by the Firefly Mission of Singapore, was vested in the residents of Pahala Diggala today (23 October 2017) at a ceremony attended by the Commanding Officer SLNS Pandukabaya in Poonewa, Captain Nishantha Ranaweera and the Principal of the Pahala Diggala Primary School.
