Canadian Defence Attaché calls on Commander of the Navy
 

The Defence Attaché attached to the Canadian High Commission in India, Colonel Michael Hogan, who was in the island to attend the Galle Dialogue international maritime conference, called on the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Travis Sinniah at the Navy Headquarters today (11 October 2017).

They discussed several matters of bilateral importance during the cordial meeting. Colonel Hogan also expressed his appreciation of the excellent manner in which the Sri Lanka Navy’s annual flagship event, the Galle Dialogue international maritime conference, had been organized, paving the way for strengthening of relations among the friendly navies of the world. Mementoes were also exchanged to mark the occasion.
