Person nabbed with 4.2 kg of Kerala Cannabis
 

On receipt of intelligence information, naval personnel attached to the North Central Naval Command in coordination with the Mannar Police Narcotic Bureau nabbed a person with 4.2 kg of Kerala Cannabis at the Mannar private bus station today (1).

The suspect along with the stock of cannabis was handed over to the Mannar Police Narcotic Bureau for onward legal action.

The Navy also arrested 4 suspects with 5 kg of Kerala Cannabis in the general area of Nawagaththegama, Anamaduwa on 28^th March.
