Children of Naval personnel sashed with colour belts
 

Eight (8) children of the Naval families were awarded certificates and sashed with martial art colour belts, during a ceremony held at SLNS Mahasen in Welisara on 08^th February. These children were trained by the Naval Karate Pool and their performances were rewarded upon successful completion of training.

The President of Naval Karate Pool, Commodore Fred Senevirathne graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The children also presented a colourful display of martial arts on the occasion.
