Navy arrests two persons with 36 g of Heroin
 

On receipt of intelligence tip-off, naval personnel attached to SLNS Vijayaba located in Nilaweli in the Eastern Naval Command in coordination with Police Special Task Force personnel in Sardhapura arrested 2 suspects with 36.230 g of heroin in their possession, during a joint-raid carried out in the general area of Gopalpuram yesterday (18).

The arrested persons along with heroin were handed over to the Kuchchaweli Police for onward legal action.
