Vehicles Carrier, ‘Glovis Phoenix’ leaves the Port of Hambantota for South Africa
 

The South Korean Vehicles Carrier, ‘Glovis Phoenix’ left for her next port of call in Durban, South Africa today (14) having loaded 1,086 cars and Jeeps onboard from the Hambantota harbour. Responding swiftly on this turbulent situation at the Hambantota harbour, the Sri Lanka Navy rendered their fullest assistance in vehicle loading process within 24 hrs, thus preventing a significant monetary loss to the government.
