Commander US Pacific Command and Chief of the Naval Staff, Indian Navy arrive for Galle Dialogue 2016
 

The Commander US Pacific Command, Admiral Harry B. Harris along with Mrs. Hrrris and Chief of the Naval Staff, Indian Navy,Admiral Sunil Lanba arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) this evening (27) to participate in the Galle Dialogue 2016, International Maritime Conference. This Flag Ship conference of the Sri Lanka Navy will commence at the Galle Face Hotel, Colombo tomorrow (28).

The foreign Naval Chiefs were ceremonially welcomed in accordance with local traditions upon their arrival at BIA. Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne and the President of Navy Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs. Yamuna Wijegunaratne were present on the occasion to receive the delegates and they also shared a light moment with the visiting Naval Chiefs.
