Navy records a dominant win over Police in Dialog Rugby League 2016/17

Navy Sports Club started their rugby season on a winning note, beating Police Sports Club by 29 points to 08 points in a first round game of Dialog Rugby League 2016/17 held at Police Park Grounds this evening (4). The Navy's final score (29) included 4 tries, 3 conversions and 1 penalty.

Prior to the commencement of the game Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne presented the official Rugby Jerseys to the Navy ruggerites who compete in Dialog Rugby League 2016/17, at the Admiral Somathilaka Dissanayake Auditorium in Naval Headquarters today (4).
