Navy nabs a person with 50 kg of Kerala Cannabis

Naval personnel onboard P 483 Fast Attack Craft which was on routine patrol, attached to the Northern Naval Command, arrested a person with 50 kg of Kerala Cannabis in the seas North of Point Pedro this morning (28). A dinghy used for the transportation of cannabis and related gear onboard were also taken into naval custody.

The arrested person and belongings were handed over to Kankesanthurei Police for onward action.
