Three Indian fishermen arrested for poaching in Sri Lankan waters

Sri Lanka Navy assisted the Sri Lanka Coast Guard to arrest three Indian fishermen along with an Indian fishing trawler poaching in Sri Lankan waters North West of Delft Island early morning today (16).

The arrested fishermen along with the fishing trawler will be handed over to the Jaffna Fisheries Inspector for onward action.
