Iranian Defence Attaché calls on Commander of the Navy
 

The newly appointed Iranian Defence Attaché to Sri Lanka, Senior Colonel Mohommad Reza Shahali called on Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral RavindraWijegunatatne at the Naval Headquarters on 19^th April 2016. This marked the first official call on of the incoming Iranian Defence Attaché, with Commander of the Navy.

They held cordial discussions on matters of mutual interests and bilateral importance. The outgoing Iranian Defence Attaché Colonel Ebrahim Rohani was present on the occasion as well. Mementos were also exchanged to mark the occasion.
