Four Indian fishermen arrested in Northern seas
 

Sri Lanka Navy assisted the Sri Lanka Coast Guard to arrest four Indian fishermen along with an Indian fishing trawler poaching in Sri Lankan waters West of Karainagar Island on 9th March 2016.

The arrested fishermen along with the fishing trawler will be handed over to the officials of the Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources of Kankasanthurai for onward action.
