Commander of the Navy visits the Agricultural Exhibition

The Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne visited the Sri Lanka Navy's exhibition stall at the Agricultural Educational Trade Exhibition held in BMICH, today (7). The exhibition has been organized in view of promoting the concept, "safe food, sustainable agriculture and toxin free nation".

At the event, the Commander of the Navy was offered a parcel of rice produced free of chemical fertilizers. Further people, who visit the Navy's stall, have the opportunity of buying six types of toxin free rice at concessionary rate.
