Commander of the Navy declares open NNC's Squash Court
 

The Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne declared open the Northern Naval Command's squash court on 20^th February 2016. The Commander Northern Naval Area, Rear Admiral Piyal De Silva, senior naval officers and Heads of Department in the Northern Naval Command were also present on the occasion.

The newly-built squash complex is well equipped and provides ample space and facilities for players and spectators. It fulfils a long-felt need and helps uplift the skills of the squash players attached to the ships, craft and establishments belonging to the Northern Naval Command.
