Indian Navy's FOCWF pays respects to fallen IPKF soldiers
 

The Flag Officer Commanding the Western Naval Fleet of the Indian Navy, Rear Admiral Ravneet Singh, who is on a goodwill visit to Sri Lanka onboard INS Vikramaditya, paid respects to the fallen soldiers of the Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF) at the IPKF memorial in Colombo on 23^rd January 2016.

The Commander Western Naval Area of the Sri Lanka Navy, Rear Admiral Jayantha De Silva and the Defence Advisor of the Indian High Commission in Sri Lanka, Captain Prakash Gopalan also participated in honouring the IPKF personnel who had sacrificed their lives while deployed on a peace keeping mission in Sri Lanka.
