Commander of the Navy conveys his deep appreciation to the Prime Minister for his gracious presence at Galle Dialogue 2015

The Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne, calling on the Prime Minister, Hon. Ranil Wickremasinghe at the Lighthouse Hotel in Galle, conveyed his deep appreciation for his gracious presence at the Galle Dialogue 2015 international maritime conference and delivering its keynote address which set the stage for the deliberations, adding depth to the content and enhancing the stature of the conference.

The International Maritime Conference, “Galle Dialogue 2015”, is organized by the Sri Lanka Navy under the aegis of the Ministry of Defence. It is being held with the participation of local and foreign scholars and experts in naval and maritime affairs representing 36 countries and 10 international organizations under the theme, “Secure Seas through Greater Maritime Cooperation: Challenges and Way Forward”, at the Lighthouse Hotel in Galle.
