Rear Admiral Dhiren Vig calls on the Commander of the Navy

Rear Admiral Dhiren Vig, who led the Indian delegation for the navy-to-navy staff talks between the Indian and the Sri Lankan Navies, called on the Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne at the Naval Headquarters in Colombo on 02nd September 2015 to pay his courtesy.

During the cordial interaction between the Commander and the visiting Rear Admiral, views on a diverse range of topics, focusing on strengthening the mutually beneficial relationships between the two navies were exchanged, placing emphasis on the progress of the staff talks held for the fifth consecutive year.

Mementos were also exchanged to mark the occasion, symbolizing the goodwill between the two friendly navies in the region.
