64th Navy Day Islamic Religious Ceremony
 
 

An Islamic religious ceremony was held in view of the Sri Lanka Navy’s 64th Anniversary at the Jumma Masjid Mosque at Chatham Street, Fort on 05th December 2014. Blessings were invoked on the Navy and Naval personnel during the religious service attended by the Deputy Area Commander Western Naval Area, Commodore KG Paul, Naval Officers and sailors attached to Western Naval Area. The event was organized by SLNS Parakrama.

Sri Lanka Navy celebrates its 64th Anniversary on 09th December 2014, giving prominence to religious activities and time-honoured Naval customs and traditions.
